What if it all works out?
About

Retro means relating to or returning to a time when life felt simpler. As a Gen Xer, I remember when I lived, presently, in each moment. By focusing on adding movement, positivity and presence, to your daily routine we can regain the part of us that goes missing in adulthood.
Retro Wellness, led by Carly Robertson, a college professor with 22 years of teaching experience, and a passion for purposeful living, empowers individuals to rediscover the lost art of slowing down. Through simple, accessible practices rooted in gratitude, positivity, and self-awareness, Retro Wellness helps adults, teens and kids build lasting habits that support emotional well-being. Inspired by a Gen X spirit and a love for the simpler things, Retro Wellness is here to remind you: health and happiness start with a pen, a thought, and a moment of presence.
